FAQ’s

Our cabins are ready to live in. This means all flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc. is done and simply just has to be hooked up to your existing utilities.

When we meet, we can start with one of our plans, with your plan, or we can start from scratch to draw a floor plan that meets your needs and budget. Once the plans and specifications are finalized for your cabin, your name will be added to our start list. Each cabin takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks to complete, depending on size. Our current wait time is about 4 months before breaking ground.

Yes, we can build on a concrete slab and any other standard foundation type. Our most common are pier and beam and monolithic concrete slabs.

We currently are traveling within about an hour and a half radius of Fredericksburg, TX. If you think you may be too far just email us and we will let you know.
